Key Requirements

  • Fluent in German and English
  • 5–10 years in quota-carrying B2B sales telecom, IoT
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Proven new business hunter, able to build and close pipeline independently
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles
  • Confident selling to and closing C-level stakeholders
  • Commercially strong, able to articulate value and ROI
  • Structured in pipeline management and accurate forecasting
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, scale-up environments
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
