Hourly rate: €80-€95 per hour

Contract: Contract-to hire

Duration: 6 months with the view to extend and/or go Permanent

Project Overview

 

We’re partnering with a high-growth AI consultancy building production-grade generative AI solutions for enterprise clients. They operate with a startup mindset—high autonomy, real ownership, and the opportunity to shape how AI is actually deployed at scale.

 

They’re now looking for a Senior / Lead AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent, multi-agent systems across a range of enterprise use cases.

 

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Designing and deploying LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines, bringing together embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search
  • Building agentic systems and multi-agent workflows to automate and optimise business processes
  • Integrating AI into enterprise architectures, APIs, and cloud environments with a focus on scalability and resilience
  • Developing production-grade AI systems, not just PoCs
  • Working closely with clients to translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes
  • Advising on AI strategy, architecture, and implementation end-to-end

 

You’ll bring:

  • Proven experience delivering production-grade LLM / GenAI systems
  • Strong expertise across:
    • LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
    • Agentic systems & workflow automation
    • Vector search (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate)
  • Strong programming skills in Python (+ JS/TS/Java/Kotlin is a bonus)
  • Experience with tools like LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI, Azure AI
  • Solid understanding of cloud (AWS/Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
  • Background in SaaS / enterprise environments
  • Fluent in German & English
