Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: Up to €125K base + equity
Location: Eindhoven, Netherlands (3 days onsite minimum)

With a strong emphasis on defence as a priority market, the business combines security services with product-led offerings to address complex, high-risk environments.

Key Requirements

• Proven Business Development / hunter sales background 
• Track record of winning new business and closing deals end-to-end
• Experience owning the full sales cycle from engagement through to close
• Ability to build pipeline and develop long-term customer relationships
• Background in cybersecurity (preferred) OR defence / industrial / critical infrastructure
• Strong ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Experience with SaaS or solution-led sales (hardware considered if security-focused)
• Understanding of security challenges and customer buying processes
• Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
