We’re partnering with a fast-growing, cutting-edge engineering company developing advanced power conversion technology. They’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer (Product Integration) to take ownership of system-level packaging and integration across complex electromechanical products.
This is a highly hands-on role, working across mechanical, electrical and thermal domains to deliver robust, production-ready systems.
The Role
- Lead mechanical integration and packaging across complete products
- Define interfaces across enclosures, power electronics, cooling, cabling and structures
- Drive design decisions balancing performance, cost, manufacturability and scalability
- Identify and resolve integration risks (thermal, tolerance, vibration, insulation, etc.)
- Support prototyping, testing and transition into high-volume production
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain teams
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience with complex electromechanical systems
- Strong 3D CAD experience
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical and thermal fundamentals
- Proven experience with system integration and hands-on problem solving
- Background in manufacturing and product development environments
Desirable
- Experience with thermal systems, high voltage products or power electronics
- Knowledge of GD&T, FEA/CFD or validation testing
- Exposure to DFM/DFA and high-volume production
If you’re looking to work on technically challenging products in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, this is a great opportunity to step into a key integration role.
