Regional Sales Director – Western US
Cybersecurity / Enterprise
Edison Smart are partnered with a fast-growing cybersecurity company is hiring a Regional Sales Director to drive enterprise growth across the Western U.S. (CA, ID, NV, OR, UT, WA). The business delivers an advanced platform securing connected devices and operational environments for large enterprise and critical infrastructure customers globally.
This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role responsible for building pipeline, winning new logos, and expanding strategic accounts across the territory. You’ll work closely with partners and cross-functional teams to land and grow complex enterprise deals.
What you’ll be doing:

Own and grow enterprise accounts across the Western region

Drive new business and exceed quota targets

Build and execute territory and account plans

Engage CIO/CISO-level stakeholders

Partner with channel/reseller ecosystem

Manage complex sales cycles from discovery to close
What we’re looking for:

Strong enterprise network security, OT security, or cyber solutions sales background

Consistent quota over-achievement

Experience selling into large enterprise environments

Channel partner experience

Hunter mindset with strong pipeline generation skills
