IoT Support Engineer | $80–120k + bonus | Atlanta, GA

 

I’m working with a hardware-led IoT asset tracking business looking to add an IoT Support Engineer focused on customer and sales operations support post-deployment.

 

Ideal candidate would have a background in:

  • 1st line technical support within IoT or asset-tracking environments
  • Embedded or hardware engineering foundations
  • Strong operational and troubleshooting experience
  • Supporting customers post-install and resolving technical issues
