The Role

This is a senior delivery role responsible for coordinating complex workstreams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful programme outcomes across smart meter deployment, IoT connectivity, and systems integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale smart metering programme

• Coordinate multiple workstreams including smart meter supply, IoT network rollout (e.g. LoRaWAN), and systems integration

• Develop and manage integrated programme plans, milestones, and dependencies

• Lead cross-functional internal teams and third-party delivery partners

• Own programme governance, reporting, and assurance

• Manage senior stakeholders and contractual obligations

• Oversee budgets, commercial performance, and risk management

Experience & Skills

• 3+ years’ experience delivering large, complex transformation or infrastructure programmes

• Background in utilities, smart metering, IoT, or digital infrastructure

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability

• Commercially minded with supplier and contract management experience

• Confident operating at both strategic and delivery levels

• PRINCE2, PMP, or similar qualification preferred
