Affiliate Manager – FX/CFD Trading
Our client is a globally recognized fintech business at the forefront of online multi-asset trading, with a strong presence across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM. Serving a diverse global client base, the company provides access to a broad range of markets including FX, commodities, indices, and digital assets through an advanced proprietary platform.
The Affiliate Manager will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing the affiliate and CPA partner network across key global regions. The role requires a deep understanding of the FX/CFD trading ecosystem, affiliate marketing models (CPA, CPL, Hybrid, Revenue Share), and the ability to drive measurable acquisition growth while maintaining strict compliance and brand integrity.
The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen, relationship-building skills, and datadriven decision-making to deliver high-performing affiliate partnerships that generate quality FTDs (First Time Deposits) and long-term traders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Affiliate Acquisition & Onboarding
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and performance marketing partners in targeted GEOs (MENA, SEA, LATAM, Africa, EU, etc.).
• Negotiate deal structures (CPA, CPL, hybrid) and tailor offers based on traffic quality, region, and performance metrics.
• Ensure all affiliates meet company compliance, KYC/KYB, and brand standards before activation.
2. Relationship & Performance Management
• Serve as the main point of contact for affiliate partners, ensuring transparent communication and timely issue resolution.
• Optimize partner performance by analyzing metrics such as FTDs, deposit volumes, retention, and LTV.
• Provide ongoing support, insights, and marketing materials to affiliates to improve campaign performance.
• Manage commission calculations, approvals, and payment schedules accurately and on time.
3. Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create localized affiliate campaigns and promotional materials (landing pages, banners, offers).
• Work closely with digital, SEO, and paid media teams to ensure synergy across acquisition channels.
• Identify high-performing affiliates and scale them through incentives, exclusive campaigns, and co-branded promotions.
4. Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
• Use affiliate tracking platforms (e.g. CellXpert) to monitor traffic, conversions, and CPA efficiency.
• Evaluate traffic sources for compliance, fraud, and quality using internal and external analytics tools.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting ROI, traffic quality, and partner ranking.
• Continuously test creatives, offers, and messaging to optimize conversion rates and minimize fraudulent activity.
5. Compliance & Quality Control
• Ensure all affiliates adhere to brand, advertising, and regulatory guidelines set by ASIC, CySEC, SCA, CMA, and other regional regulators.
• Monitor marketing activities for misleading claims, unauthorized promotions, or regulatory risks.
• Collaborate with the Compliance and Legal teams to maintain a compliant affiliate ecosystem.
Key Requirements
Experience & Skills
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in affiliate management, preferably within FX/CFD, fintech, or online trading sectors.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking systems (CellXpert, Everflow, Impact, or similar).
• Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, user acquisition metrics, and CPA/CPL models.
• Proven ability to deliver on performance targets (FTDs, ROI, LTV).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and derive actionable insights.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Tealium).
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in Digital Marketing or Affiliate Management are a plus.
Preferred Attributes
• Multilingual (Arabic, Spanish, Thai, or Vietnamese preferred depending on region focus).
• Experience managing affiliates across both regulated and offshore entities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter attitude with strong organizational skills.

• Number of new active affiliates onboarded per quarter.
• FTDs generated via affiliate channel.
• Cost per FTD / ROI per affiliate.
• Retention and quality of referred traders (deposit, volume, LTV).
