Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Connectivity
Location: United Arab Emirates
Role Summary
Lead the strategy, development, and management of the company’s full range of connectivity services, including fiber, DWDM, and hyperscaler-targeted solutions. Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from market research and planning through launch and ongoing optimization. Work cross-functionally with technical, commercial, and operational teams to ensure offerings meet customer needs, network performance standards, and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities

Own and manage the connectivity product portfolio, including:

Hyperscaler and cloud-scale connectivity using dedicated fiber, DWDM capacity, and optimized low-latency, high-throughput routes for demanding workloads

Global enterprise networking solutions, including international links and managed transport services

Broadband and private connectivity, including last-mile solutions for mission-critical locations

Data center interconnects, including intra- and inter-DC links, cross-connect arrangements, and campus networking solutions

Manage the product development budget, forecast resource requirements, and make adjustments to achieve product goals

Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in fiber, DWDM, and hyperscaler connectivity to identify opportunities and potential risks

Capture detailed customer requirements, including latency targets, route diversity, redundancy expectations, SLA and bandwidth tiers, and on-net location preferences, and convert them into precise product specifications and commercial offers

Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure proper positioning and delivery of products, including dark fiber versus DWDM for hyperscaler clients, enterprise campus links, and managed global connectivity for multinational customers

Ensure deals are structured according to approved commercial models, including IRU versus lease, recurring versus upfront billing, and validate SKUs, pricing, and billing logic before contract execution

Partner with internal stakeholders, including Network, Engineering, Capacity Planning, and Service Assurance, to confirm technical feasibility, SLA compliance, route diversity, bandwidth, and delivery timelines

Monitor product performance, adoption, and utilization, track yield and segment uptake, identify underperforming offerings, and drive corrective actions with relevant teams
Qualifications and Experience
Education:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field

Preferred: Master’s degree
Experience:
-
Required: 10 or more years in product management or connectivity/network services, with experience in fiber, DWDM, or hyperscaler networks

Preferred: Experience managing global, multi-location, or cloud-scale connectivity solutions
