Senior System Architect (m/f/d)

Location: Sophia Antipolis/Grenoble (Hybrid/Remote)

Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 pa (depending on experience)

Introductory Description

A rapidly growing SoC firm are looking for a Senior System Architect to join their R&D team designing leading SoC solutions for AI/ML, 5G & Edge computing applications.

Key Skills / Experience

Required:

• Strong background in SoC/system architecture within semiconductor environments.
• Experience with processor architectures, interconnects, and memory systems.
• Knowledge of Linux kernel, low-level drivers, and embedded software.
• Understanding of networking protocols and packet processing frameworks (e.g., DPDK).

Beneficial/Nice to have:

• Knowledge of CXL, PCIe, Ethernet MAC/PHY and high-speed interfaces.
