Job Title: Director of Product Management – Connectivity & Infrastructure

Role Overview
The Director of Product Management will lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of large-scale connectivity and interconnect products, enabling hyperscaler, enterprise, and carrier-grade network solutions. This role is responsible for driving the evolution of the company’s global connectivity fabric spanning data center interconnect (DCI), IP/MPLS, DWDM, broadband, private connectivity, and dark fibre infrastructure.
This position demands a highly technical product leader with deep understanding of carrier networks, global WAN architecture, and hyperscaler interconnection models. The Director will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Network Operations, and Architecture teams to translate capacity, latency, and routing strategies into commercially viable products and scalable network solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Product Leadership

Define and own the product roadmap for DCI, IP/MPLS, DWDM, and global interconnect services.

Translate complex network capabilities—capacity planning, latency optimization, route diversity, and peering—into scalable commercial offerings.

Ensure technical feasibility, operational readiness, and integration with core infrastructure and global network assets.

Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to align roadmap execution with infrastructure builds and technology evolution.
Network & Infrastructure Strategy

Drive product strategy for hyperscaler and enterprise connectivity across domestic and international routes.

Lead capacity and topology planning initiatives to support multi-terabit scale growth over the next 1–2 years.

Maintain deep insight into the physical and logical network layers DCI topology, fiber routes, transport resilience, and traffic engineering.
Commercial Enablement & Productization

Define technical product requirements and translate them into commercial-ready solutions, pricing models, and go-to-market collateral.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle management including product design, launch, scaling, and decommissioning.

Align product portfolio with strategic partnerships, carrier agreements, and data center interconnect expansions.
Key Requirements
Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (Master’s preferred).

10+ years in technical product management or network product leadership within hyperscaler, telecom, or data center environments.

Proven experience launching and managing large-scale network infrastructure products across global markets.
Technical Expertise

Deep understanding of:

Optical and IP transport technologies: DWDM, DCI, IP/MPLS, Ethernet, BGP, OTN

Network capacity and performance management (multi-terabit scale)

Hyperscaler and enterprise interconnect architectures
