VP Technical Business Development | Hyperscale | Global | $350K - $400k OTE

Are you a strategic technical leader with a passion for shaping the future of hyperscale data center infrastructure?

My client is seeking a Vice President of Technical Business Development to drive solution strategy and customer engagement with the world’s leading hyperscale operators. You’ll lead a team of technical domain experts, partner with executives across engineering and sales, and influence next-generation data center designs across power, thermal, and whitespace architectures.

What You’ll Do

• Partner directly with global hyperscale customers to define and influence end-to-end data center architectures.
• Lead a team of technical business development experts to position solutions as the basis of design across power, cooling, and modular infrastructure.
• Translate voice-of-customer insights into product and solutions roadmaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering leaders to develop integrated, scalable solutions.
• Represent the company’s technical vision at industry conferences and strategic customer engagements.

Ideal Background

• 10+ years in technical business development, solutions engineering, or pre-sales leadership within the data center or mission-critical infrastructure space.
• Proven success influencing C-suite and enterprise-level design decisions.
• Deep knowledge of power, thermal, and modular data center systems.
• Experienced leading global teams and managing large-scale customer accounts.
• Exceptional communicator with the ability to bridge technical and commercial strategy.
