Job Title: Sales Manager – eSIM, Remote SIM Provisioning (RSP) & Entitlement Server (ES) Solutions
Location: Amsterdam, Lisbon, Madrid, Warsaw, or Berlin
Base Salary: Up to €80,000 + 100% OTE (total potential package up to €160,000)

The Role
This is an exciting individual contributor opportunity for a proven sales professional with direct eSIM and Remote SIM Provisioning experience.
As a Sales Manager – eSIM, RSP & Entitlement Server Solutions, you will lead the commercial expansion of the company’s eSIM software suite. You’ll be responsible for driving new operator partnerships, managing complex deal cycles, and delivering significant revenue growth across international markets.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and can operate independently while engaging with senior stakeholders across the global telecom ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver against ambitious revenue targets for eSIM, and Entitlement Server software products.

Develop and close new business opportunities with mobile operators and digital service providers worldwide.

Manage the full sales process — from lead generation and qualification to RFP response, negotiation, and deal closure.

Collaborate closely with product, technical, legal, and finance teams to design and present compelling proposals.

Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and forums to strengthen market presence.

Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting.
Qualifications

10+ years of international telecom sales experience.

Proven success selling eSIM or Entitlement Server solutions to mobile operators.

Strong network of senior and C-level operator contacts globally.

Demonstrated ability to close large, complex software or platform deals.

Deep understanding of eSIM technology, GSMA standards, and commercial models.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
