Base Salary: £80,000 + competitive bonus structure

The Role
As Channel Sales Manager – IoT Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s IoT footprint through partner and channel-led growth.
This is an individual contributor role focused on identifying, onboarding, and managing strategic partners, resellers, and system integrators to grow IoT revenue streams. You’ll be responsible for defining the partner strategy, driving joint go-to-market execution, and achieving commercial targets in a rapidly evolving market.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver IoT channel revenue targets within the UK market.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key partners including resellers, system integrators, and solution providers.
- Develop and execute channel strategies to increase market penetration and partner-led growth.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and commercial teams to create compelling partner propositions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to support scalable and sustainable growth.
- Provide accurate forecasting, reporting, and performance visibility to senior stakeholders.
- Represent the business at key IoT and telecom industry events to strengthen partner relationships and ecosystem visibility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in B2B sales within telecom, connectivity, or IoT-driven industries.
- Demonstrated track record of success in developing and growing partner or channel ecosystems.
- Solid knowledge of IoT connectivity offerings, commercial models, and how to build value through partnerships.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with strategic partners, including resellers, distributors, or system integrators.
- Strong commercial instincts with excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Highly proactive and independent, with a proven ability to deliver results in a target-driven environment.
