The role
Our client is hiring an experienced Partner & Reseller Manager to grow and energize their channel. You will be responsible for partner recruitment, enablement, and go-to-market execution, turning relationships into predictable revenue while supporting partners to scale advanced connectivity services for their customers.
What you will do

Manage the full partner lifecycle: recruit, onboard, enable, and drive revenue with resellers, MSPs, and SIs.

Design and run partner programs, enablement tracks, certifications, and demand-generation initiatives to increase partner throughput and ARPA.

Build strong relationships with distribution, regional operators, and key reseller accounts including both commercial and technical stakeholders.

Develop compelling commercial models, negotiate partner agreements, and manage program KPIs including pipeline, bookings, margin, and partner NPS.

Act as the partner-facing lead on cross-functional deals by aligning sales, product, marketing, and operations to close and scale opportunities.

Provide market feedback to shape product, pricing, and packaging for managed connectivity and IoT services.

Mentor and support junior channel colleagues and regularly report on channel performance to leadership.
What our client is looking for

6+ years in channel, partner, or reseller management in networking, telecom, or connectivity services with vendors, distributors, or MSPs.

Proven track record recruiting and scaling MSPs and resellers and delivering measurable channel growth.

Strong commercial instincts with experience building deal structures, partnering models, and negotiating agreements.

Hands-on experience with partner enablement including training, certifications, co-selling, and joint marketing campaigns.

Excellent communicator in English; Dutch or another regional language is highly desirable.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment and can influence across teams and external partners.

Familiarity with IoT, managed networking, or carrier connectivity is a plus.
