Regional Sales Manager | IoT Connectivity & Cloud (DACH) | up to €120k base
Edison Smart is partnered with a dual powerhouse in the IoT and Connectivity-as-a-Service (CaaS) space. We’re looking for leader to drive adoption of a leading IoT connectivity and cloud services portfolio across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead service sales across the DACH region, owning the full cycle from opportunity identification through contract signature and handover to delivery teams.
- Act as the go-to subject-matter expert for IoT connectivity and cloud services, supporting both direct and indirect sales colleagues.
- Build and execute account plans for strategic customers — identify decision-makers, map stakeholders, and craft value-led solutions (often without a hardware component).
- Negotiate commercial terms and close multi-month sales cycles with senior-level stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ proven sales experience, ideally selling IoT services, wireless/network solutions or complex SaaS/platform offerings.
- Comfortable engaging at C-level and across technical and procurement functions.
- Ability to present infrastructure, security and integration capabilities with confidence.
- Self-driven, resourceful hunter mentality with strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
- Experience working alongside hardware or system integrator teams in hybrid solution sales
- Willingness to travel 40–60% within the DACH territory.
