To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead strategic revenue generation and customer acquisition in the U.S. market.
The Role
As Sales Director – USA, you will be responsible for driving new business across enterprise, OEM, and technology partner segments.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role, ideal for someone with a strong commercial background in IoT or connectivity solutions. You’ll be focused on identifying opportunities, building senior relationships, and closing complex deals to expand the company’s U.S. customer base.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and solution engineering to deliver best-in-class solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver against ambitious U.S. regional sales and revenue targets.

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across enterprise, OEM, and technology partners.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for IoT connectivity and device management solutions.

Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite and technical stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and commercial models.

Accurately manage sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.

Represent the business at industry events to build brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications

10+ years of enterprise sales experience in telecom, connectivity, IoT solutions.

Proven success closing large, complex deals with enterprise or OEM clients.

Strong understanding of IoT connectivity, SIM/eSIM models, and device management platforms.

Established network in the U.S. telecom, IoT, or technology ecosystem.

Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and presentation skills.
