HR Manager – Estonia

Location: Tallinn (On-Site) | 🕒 Full-Time, Permanent

Edison Smart are partnered with a global IoT solutions provider connecting millions of devices worldwide. With over 20 years in the industry, we’re seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee HR operations in Estonia and support our international HR projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead recruitment, onboarding & employee lifecycle management
• Ensure compliance with Estonian employment law & HR best practices
• Oversee payroll, budgeting & HR-Finance reporting
• Maintain HR systems & accurate employee records
• Manage office operations, vendors & workplace safety

What You Bring:

• 5+ years’ HR experience 
• Strong knowledge of Estonian employment legislation
• Experience in recruitment, employee relations & payroll
• Proficiency in HRIS & Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication, organisation & problem-solving skills
