Are you an experienced BAS Programmer looking to join a forward-thinking team in Dallas? We’re a well-established Building Automation Contractor delivering intelligent, energy-efficient building solutions—and we want your expertise to help drive innovation.
🔧 What You’ll Do

• Program, configure, and commission Building Automation Systems (HVAC, lighting, and energy management).
• Work with project teams to develop custom control strategies and logic.
• Integrate third-party systems using BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, and other protocols.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support.
• Ensure system performance and compliance with design specifications.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in BAS programming (e.g., Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, or similar platforms).
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control sequences.
• Experience with low-voltage electrical systems and networked controls.
• Ability to interpret mechanical plans, wiring diagrams, and control schematics.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused.
