The Opportunity

A rapidly growing AI and technology company with international operations is looking for a Senior Vice President of Revenue to lead its global commercial organization and own end-to-end revenue generation across its products, services and markets.

The company operates across AI, data, enterprise technology and advanced technology solutions, with ambitions to significantly expand its presence across North America and other international markets.

This is a senior executive opportunity for an experienced commercial leader who can build markets, create strategic relationships, close complex enterprise opportunities and establish a scalable global revenue organization.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, you will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to develop and execute the company's global revenue strategy.

This is a hands-on builder role. The successful candidate will be expected to personally create opportunities and close strategic accounts while simultaneously building the people, processes and systems required to scale the commercial organization.

The Role

The SVP of Revenue will have responsibility for:

Key Responsibilities

Global Revenue Leadership

  • Own the global revenue strategy, targets and overall commercial performance.

  • Develop annual and multi-year revenue plans and growth priorities.

  • Build predictable pipeline and scalable revenue systems across products and regions.

  • Drive growth across North America, the GCC, Europe and other priority markets.

  • Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, conversion, win rates and commercial performance.

  • Develop commercial offerings, pricing models and scalable growth strategies.

  • Establish a disciplined approach to revenue planning and execution.

US Market Expansion

A major priority will be establishing and scaling the company's commercial presence in the United States.

You will:

  • Build the company's commercial presence in the San Francisco Bay Area and broader US market.

  • Develop relationships across the AI, enterprise technology, cloud, data and advanced technology ecosystems.

  • Represent the company at executive meetings, conferences, industry events and strategic forums.

  • Develop relationships with founders, executives, investors, technology leaders and strategic partners.

  • Identify priority accounts, industries, partnerships and routes to market across North America.

  • Establish the commercial network required to support long-term US growth.

Enterprise Sales

  • Personally lead strategic enterprise opportunities and high-value customer relationships.

  • Build relationships with C-level executives, business leaders and technical decision-makers.

  • Manage complex enterprise sales cycles from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and contract execution.

  • Develop strategic account plans and long-term expansion strategies.

  • Build a disciplined land-and-expand approach across the company's product and services portfolio.

  • Develop repeatable sales motions for different enterprise segments.

  • Personally engage in high-value negotiations and strategic customer conversations.

Go-to-Market Strategy

  • Define global GTM strategy across products, industries and regions.

  • Develop repeatable customer acquisition and enterprise sales motions.

  • Partner with Marketing to improve demand generation, account-based programs and pipeline conversion.

  • Identify new markets, pricing opportunities, commercial packages and growth initiatives.

  • Align Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations and Delivery around priority customers and revenue objectives.

  • Develop clear routes to market across direct sales, partnerships and strategic channels.

Strategic Partnerships

  • Build strategic relationships with cloud providers, AI platforms, technology companies, system integrators, consulting organizations and other ecosystem partners.

  • Develop reseller, channel, co-selling, referral and integration programs where appropriate.

  • Negotiate strategic partnership agreements.

  • Convert strategic relationships into measurable commercial opportunities.

  • Build executive-level relationships that expand market access and distribution.

  • Identify partnerships capable of accelerating entry into new industries and markets.

Revenue Operations

  • Establish forecasting methodologies, pipeline governance and revenue operating cadence.

  • Define revenue KPIs, reporting dashboards and executive visibility into commercial performance.

  • Improve sales efficiency, win rates, pipeline conversion and sales-cycle performance.

  • Standardize CRM processes, opportunity stages, qualification criteria and account ownership.

  • Develop compensation plans and commercial performance frameworks.

  • Establish territory planning and account segmentation.

  • Develop pricing governance and commercial approval processes.

  • Create the operating infrastructure required for a predictable global revenue function.

Team Leadership

Build, recruit and lead a high-performing global Revenue organization across areas including:

  • Enterprise Sales

You will establish clear accountability, targets, operating rhythms and performance standards across the organization.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for an experienced commercial executive with a proven track record of building revenue organizations and selling complex technology solutions into enterprise markets.

You should have:

  • 15+ years of experience across enterprise sales, revenue leadership, growth, business development or related commercial functions.

  • 7+ years in senior commercial leadership positions with responsibility for teams and revenue targets.

  • Proven ownership of significant global or multi-region revenue targets.

  • A track record of building new markets, revenue functions and commercial organizations.

  • Experience closing complex six-figure and seven-figure enterprise deals.

  • Experience selling AI, enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, data services, robotics, advanced technology or similar solutions.

  • Strong experience engaging C-level executives, technical leaders, enterprise customers and strategic partners.

  • Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles, pricing, contracting, forecasting and account expansion.

  • Strong commercial strategy and business development capabilities.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication and executive presentation skills.

  • The ability to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on when required.
