Location: USA – Travel Based (50%)
Employment: Full-Time

We are working with a leading mission-critical organization that is looking to add an experienced Commissioning Engineer to their growing data center team. This is a travel-based role, with approximately 50% travel across the USA, supporting major hyperscale and mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute commissioning activities across MEP systems within data centers.
• Support commissioning from L1–L5, including functional performance testing and Integrated Systems Testing (IST).
• Commission and troubleshoot critical infrastructure including UPS, generators, switchgear, ATS, STS, PDUs, HVAC and BMS/EPMS systems.
• Work closely with contractors, vendors, commissioning agents and client teams to ensure systems are fully tested and operational.
• Produce commissioning documentation, test scripts, reports and punch lists.

Ideal Background:

• 3+ years' experience in data center, mission-critical, industrial or commercial commissioning.
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical commissioning experience.
• Knowledge of L1–L5 commissioning, FPT and IST.
• Comfortable travelling approximately 50% across the USA.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and client-facing skills.
