They are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist to generate qualified opportunities, support the sales team, and help drive new business growth. Key Requirements

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting.
• Qualify inbound enquiries and book discovery meetings.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing to drive pipeline growth.
• Maintain CRM activity using Salesforce or similar platforms.
• Previous SDR, BDR, customer engagement, or sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely.
• Interest in IoT, SaaS, cloud, or technology solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, or similar tools is advantageous.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
