Senior Account Manager – IT Services & Solutions

About the Role
A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager – IT Services & Solutions to drive business growth across enterprise and government customers.
This is a consultative sales role focused on developing strategic customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering end-to-end technology solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with technical and delivery teams to position a broad portfolio of IT services, helping organisations accelerate their digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic enterprise and government accounts.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities across the region.
- Build long-term relationships with executive stakeholders including CIOs, CTOs, IT Directors, Procurement, and Digital Transformation leaders.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from prospecting and qualification through to proposal development, negotiation, and contract award.
- Position a broad portfolio of technology services including:
- Cloud solutions
- Cybersecurity services
- Enterprise applications
- Systems integration
- Managed services
- Professional services
- IT outsourcing and staff augmentation
- Data, analytics, and AI solutions
- Collaborate with pre-sales consultants, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop tailored customer solutions.
- Lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and major public and private sector tenders.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
- Represent the business at customer meetings, industry events, and networking activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7–12 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, account management, or business development.
- Proven experience selling technology solutions within a systems integrator, managed services provider, or technology consulting environment.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Desirable Experience
- Experience managing large enterprise or government customers.
- Successful delivery of complex, multi-year technology sales engagements.
- Strong understanding of consultative and solution-selling methodologies.
- Experience working alongside major technology vendors and strategic partners.
- Familiarity with digital transformation programmes across the GCC.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with pre-sales, technical, delivery, and customer success teams.
