Enterprise Architect – Hybrid Cloud & AI

About the Role

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect – Hybrid Cloud & AI to join its enterprise pre-sales team in Dubai.

This is a strategic customer-facing role responsible for helping enterprise organisations define and execute large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Working closely with executive stakeholders, you will design enterprise-wide technology architectures spanning hybrid cloud, AI, infrastructure, integration, automation, cybersecurity, and modern application platforms.

You'll act as a trusted technical advisor throughout complex sales engagements, translating business objectives into scalable technology strategies while supporting major transformation programmes across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise architecture workshops and discovery sessions with customers.
• Design future-state enterprise technology architectures aligned to business transformation objectives.
• Develop hybrid cloud strategies and reference architectures for enterprise environments.
• Architect end-to-end solutions spanning cloud, infrastructure, integration, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and data platforms.
• Support complex enterprise bids, RFPs, technical governance reviews, and solution compliance activities.
• Present architecture strategies and transformation roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
• Work closely with internal sales, technical, delivery, and partner teams to develop winning enterprise solutions.
• Create reusable architecture frameworks, reference designs, and technical enablement material.
• Provide technical leadership throughout the enterprise sales lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8–12 years of enterprise IT experience.
• At least 5 years in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Senior Technical Consulting.
• Experience working with large enterprise, government, or regulated industry customers.
• Excellent presentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with both executive leadership and technical teams.

Technical Experience

Candidates should demonstrate strong experience across several of the following areas:

• Enterprise Architecture frameworks (TOGAF or similar)
• Hybrid Cloud architecture
• Container platforms and Kubernetes
• Cloud infrastructure and modern application platforms
• Enterprise Integration and API Management
• Data & AI platforms
• Automation and orchestration technologies
• Infrastructure modernisation
• Cybersecurity architecture
• Enterprise solution design across multiple technology domains

Desirable Experience

• Experience designing enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of cloud-native technologies and container platforms.
• Exposure to AI and data modernisation initiatives.
• Experience with enterprise automation and integration platforms.
• Relevant cloud, architecture, or enterprise technology certifications are advantageous.
• Previous experience supporting enterprise customers within the UAE or wider GCC.
