VP Controller

Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 + Bonus

Location: Remote (US)

About the company

Edison Smart are partnered with a high-growth organization seeking a VP Controller to join its leadership team.

Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will lead the accounting function through a period of growth and transformation, driving process improvements, accountability, financial controls, and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Previous experience as a Controller, VP Controller, Head of Accounting, VP Finance, or similar
• Experience leading teams in high-growth or complex business environments
• Strong background in financial reporting, controls, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Proven success improving accounting processes and driving change
• ERP experience required
• CPA preferred but not required

• Capital-intensive or project-based environments
