Commissioning Director – Data Centers

We are seeking an experienced Commissioning Director to lead the delivery of mission-critical data center projects. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong technical background in commissioning, with the ability to operate effectively in both the field and executive environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading electrical and mechanical (MEP) commissioning programs, developing and reviewing commissioning scripts and procedures, witnessing testing activities, and driving projects through all phases of commissioning and integrated systems testing. An electrical background is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead commissioning strategy and execution for hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects.
• Provide technical oversight of electrical and mechanical commissioning activities, including field witnessing and test validation.
• Develop, review, and approve commissioning scripts, procedures, and test plans.
• Build, mentor, and scale high-performing commissioning teams.
• Support business development efforts through proposal reviews, client engagement, and technical presentations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining executive-level professionalism and leadership.

Requirements:

• Extensive data center commissioning experience with a strong focus on electrical systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing commissioning teams and large-scale projects.
• Deep understanding of commissioning processes, integrated systems testing (IST), and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on field involvement.
