Job Description
This is a hands-on role working directly with customers, delivering high-quality servicing, fault diagnosis, and system performance optimisation across a range of sites.
Key responsibilities:
• Deliver planned servicing and maintenance to contract customers
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and replace critical components
• Carry out airflow measurements and performance assessments
• Commission, upgrade, and refurbish systems on-site and in workshop environments
• Produce clear technical reports and service documentation
• Build strong customer relationships and identify further service opportunities
What we’re looking for:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience servicing engineering or HVAC equipment
• Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Experience with air handling, airflow, and moisture measurement
• Ability to produce clear, customer-facing technical reports
• HNC/HND (or higher) in a relevant engineering discipline
F-GAS certification is mandatory for this role and candidates without this cannot be considered.
