Manufacturing Manager | San Antonio, TX | Up to $150,000

Join a growing Robotics company in San Antonio, who are building an innovative robot solution for autonomous groundwork.

As a Manufacturing Manager, you’ll lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure high-quality, efficiency and safety. You’ll lead a small team of manufacturing staff, which will scale in the coming years.

This position will require on-site work, with strong knowledge of implementing manufacturing processes to bring a product to market.

Skills/Technologies

• Strong background in Manufacturing, Operations & Quality.
• Ability to help form processes to deliver commercial products.
• Understanding of Lead, Six Sigma or other processes
• Knowledge of products for harsh/rugged environments
