Job Description
Process Technician – Advanced Semiconductor Fabrication
We are hiring a Process Technician to support fabrication activities for advanced semiconductor and photonic device technologies within a cleanroom manufacturing and development environment.
This is an opportunity to work on technically challenging hardware programs alongside an experienced engineering team focused on bringing emerging technologies from development into scalable production. The role is well suited for candidates seeking exposure to advanced device fabrication and next-generation semiconductor processes.
What you’ll be working on
- Compound semiconductor and microfabrication process support
- Lithography, etch, deposition, metallization, and inspection processes
- Cleanroom equipment operation, setup, and routine maintenance
- Process development support, documentation, and production tracking
- Advanced optoelectronic, photonic, and materials-based device applications
What you’ll need
- Prior cleanroom fabrication experience required
- Experience in semiconductor processing, microfabrication, MEMS, or related laboratory environments
- Exposure to compound semiconductor materials is beneficial
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude with attention to detail
- Ability to follow process documentation and work within structured fabrication procedures
- Recent graduates encouraged to apply if they possess strong technical fundamentals and hands-on cleanroom experience
