Job Title: VP of Sales – Telematics / IoT
Location: United States (Remote – East Coast hours preferred)

About the Role

This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of the direct sales function. You will be responsible for defining and executing sales strategy, leading the team, and driving consistent net new revenue growth within SMB and mid-market segments.


Responsibilities

  • Own and lead all direct B2B sales activity and revenue performance
  • Set and deliver quarterly targets for net new recurring revenue
  • Build, manage, and develop a team across inbound, outbound, and account management
  • Partner with marketing to optimise lead generation, conversion, and customer acquisition cost
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting
  • Drive continued transition toward subscription-based revenue models
  • Establish scalable sales processes, metrics, and performance frameworks

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in telematics sales 
  • Experience in IoT, telematics, fleet management, or logistics sector 
  • 5+ years in a sales leadership or team management role
  • Proven success in closing net new business and managing full sales cycles
  • Experience selling into SMB or mid-market customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in subscription-based or SaaS revenue models
  • Experience scaling sales teams in small to mid-sized organisations
