Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Location: Atlanta, GA

Salary: $80,000 pa

Introductory Description

An innovative medical device company are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Engineer to join their growing manufacturing team scaling production of an FDA-cleared medical imaging system. You’ll play a key part in ensuring manufacturing compliance, supporting process validation, and driving continuous improvement on the production line.

Key Skills / Experience

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Biomedical, or related discipline).
• Working knowledge of ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, and GMP.
• Hands-on experience with process validation, CAPA, FMEA, and DHRs.
• Familiarity with risk management standards (ISO 14971).
• Strong documentation, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Beneficial:

• Experience with radiological or electromechanical medical devices.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T.
