VIP Growth Manager

Overview

A rapidly scaling digital asset trading platform is seeking a VIP Growth Manager to drive trading volume, onboard high-value clients, and deepen long-term relationships with VIP traders, HNIs, and volume-driven accounts.

This is a commercial, client-facing role combining business development, VIP account management, and campaign execution, working closely with internal trading, marketing, and operations teams.

The business operates globally and is recognised for its fast growth, strong product suite, and commitment to the future of digital finance.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and activate high-value traders, including VIPs, HNIs, and volume-focused individual clients
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of VIP prospects through networking, referrals, and industry relationships
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned VIP accounts, delivering white-glove, one-to-one service
  • Analyse trading behaviour and transaction data to proactively recommend strategies that drive asset growth and trading volume
  • Design and execute VIP-focused initiatives such as rebate programs, trading competitions, and incentive campaigns
  • Strengthen long-term retention through offline events, private meetups, and relationship-led engagement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve VIP experience and platform stickiness

 

Requirements

  • 25 yearsexperience within a digital asset trading environment (CEX or DEX preferred)
  • Proven background in VIP, client operations, or high-touch customer management
  • Strong existing network of VIP traders, HNIs, or high-volume market participants
  • Highly driven, commercial mindset with a clear focus on performance, targets, and growth
  • Ability to independently source, onboard, and scale a VIP book of business
  • Fluent in Korean and English, or Chinese and English
