Overview
A high-growth digital asset trading platform is hiring a Growth & Operations Manager to drive user acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention across global markets.
This role sits at the intersection of marketing execution, channel growth, user operations, and data-driven optimisation, working closely with product, marketing, and regional teams to scale both users and trading activity.
The organisation operates globally and is known for its strong product offering, rapid expansion, and long-term commitment to the digital finance ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Plan and deliver integrated growth campaigns across online and offline channels, including events, communities, and content initiatives
- Own campaign execution end-to-end, including performance tracking, optimisation, and budget management
- Continuously refine strategies to improve user experience and conversion performance
Channel Growth & Partnerships
- Expand and manage global acquisition channels, including KOL partnerships, community nodes, and regional growth partners
- Design channel-specific activation programs to drive new user acquisition and trading conversion
- Analyse channel performance, retention, and transaction metrics to improve ROI and scalability
User Growth & Lifecycle Management
- Build and execute user growth strategies focused on engagement, retention, and lifetime value
- Manage the full user lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term activation
- Use behavioural insights to inform product and feature optimisation
Data, Insights & Optimisation
- Establish and maintain a structured growth analytics framework covering acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetisation
- Translate data into actionable insights to improve operational efficiency
- Continuously test and introduce new analytical approaches to enhance growth performance
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging best practices
- Provide strategic recommendations to leadership based on market insights
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Technology, Business, or related fields
- 3+ years’ experience in growth, operations, or marketing roles within internet, fintech, or digital asset platforms
- Strong understanding of social media operations, content-driven growth, and community-led acquisition
- Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns using data-led decision making
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Korean and English, or Chinese and English
