Exchange Operations Manager – Digital Assets

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Exchange Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a leading digital asset exchange. You will ensure smooth trading, settlement, and compliance operations, while leading process improvements and operational scalability. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in trading platform operations and a deep understanding of crypto markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the exchange, including order execution, liquidity management, settlement, and reconciliation.
• Lead and optimize operational processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Monitor trading activity, transaction flows, and risk exposures to ensure platform integrity.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and engineering teams to implement operational enhancements and new feature rollouts.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and assist with audit and reporting requirements.
• Implement and maintain SOPs, risk controls, and operational best practices across the team.
• Mentor and develop operations team members, driving high performance and accountability.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in exchange operations or trading platform operations within crypto, blockchain, or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of trading mechanics, order books, liquidity, and settlement processes.
• Experience with KYC/AML, compliance, and regulatory reporting in digital asset environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure, and rapidly changing environments.
• Familiarity with trading platforms, crypto wallets, and market infrastructure.
