Sr. Program Manager – Advanced Manufacturing

$145k - $155k + Bonus

Are you passionate about shaping global manufacturing strategy and translating complex operational data into clear, customer-facing value? We is looking for a senior leader to drive capacity planning, global footprint strategy, and executive-level communication across our manufacturing network.

In this role, you will:

• Lead global capacity planning and scenario modeling across multiple product lines
• Shape and communicate the long-term manufacturing footprint strategy
• Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and AME
• Turn data into compelling insights for customers and executive leadership
• Support factory expansions, product transfers, and global ramp-ups

What we’re looking for:

• 7+ years in manufacturing strategy, operations, or industrial engineering
• Strong project leadership across global, cross-functional teams
• Deep analytical skills (capacity modeling, cost, throughput, scenario planning)
• Executive-level communication and storytelling ability
• Experience with digital manufacturing, Lean, or operational excellence a plus
