Vice President of NaaS & Managed Connectivity
About the Role
Our Client, a global leader in digital connectivity and technology innovation, is seeking a visionary Vice President – Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) & Managed Connectivity to lead the development, commercialization, and strategic growth of its next-generation connectivity portfolio. This executive will shape the evolution of the company’s NaaS strategy, driving transformation, customer value, and long-term business impact across regional and international markets.
Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the overarching NaaS vision, aligning with Our Client’s digital transformation and enterprise growth objectives.

Commercial Ownership: Lead P&L, go-to-market strategy, and monetization of NaaS products and services, ensuring profitability and scalability.

Product Innovation: Oversee the design, development, and launch of network-based solutions including connectivity, edge, and cloud services, tailored for enterprise and wholesale clients.

Partnership Ecosystem: Build and manage strategic alliances with hyperscalers, technology vendors, and infrastructure partners to expand NaaS capabilities and reach.

Customer Focus: Drive customer-centric product design and ensure high levels of service quality and experience for enterprise clients.

Operational Excellence: Champion process efficiency, automation, and agile delivery across the NaaS organization to accelerate time-to-market.

Leadership & Culture: Develop a high-performing cross-functional team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
Qualifications & Experience

15+ years of experience in telecommunications, cloud, or digital infrastructure, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role driving technology-led business transformation.

Proven expertise in Network-as-a-Service, cloud connectivity, or B2B digital services.

Demonstrated success managing large-scale P&L and complex stakeholder environments.

Deep understanding of evolving network technologies, automation, and service orchestration.
