Location: Toronto, Ontario (Greater Toronto Area)
Salary: $70,000+ CAD base PLUS Uncapped Commission (OTE: $140,000+ CAD)

About the Opportunity:
This company is known for delivering exceptional BAS solutions using top-tier technologies across Southern Ontario—from the GTA to Niagara, Muskoka to Durham. They specialize in service-based offerings and are now looking to expand their team with a high-energy Sales Executive who is passionate about developing long-term relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic selling of services and support solutions.
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and engage new business opportunities for BAS service contracts across commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals and service packages tailored to client needs
- Conduct client site visits, assess existing systems, and present value-based service solutions
- Work towards and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs with a focus on long-term growth
What They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Building Automation or HVAC controls sales (service-based sales experience highly preferred)
- 2+ years sales experience
- A driven, self-starting attitude with a strong desire for career progression
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Familiarity with Reliable Controls or other BAS platforms is an asset
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory as needed
