This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, deep knowledge of construction quality standards, and experience working in complex, fast-paced environments.

You’ll work closely with project managers, engineers, and commissioning teams to ensure that all construction and installation work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define quality expectations and identify testing areas by reviewing manufacturer data, drawings, specifications, and schedules.

• Develop and maintain inspection checklists for all relevant equipment types, models, and manufacturers.

• Build and maintain inspection schedules, including first-of-kind (FoK), progress, pre-pour, pre-close-in, and pre-close-up inspections.

• Perform regular on-site inspections, document findings, and report risks or non conformities to the Quality and Construction Management teams.

• Ensure all non-conformities are logged, tracked, and closed before progressing to the next level of commissioning.

• Conduct Level 2 and Level 3 QA inspections, including torque verification and inspection script validation.

• Review and audit issue logs to ensure contractors resolve open issues promptly and in compliance with project requirements.

• Participate in project quality meetings and provide updates on inspection performance and outstanding issues.

• Prepare and submit weekly quality reports detailing progress, findings, and corrective actions.

• Support commissioning system development and documentation, including asset and checklist population.

• Review project designs, identify non-conformities, and work with engineering teams to ensure issues are resolved.

• Ensure all work complies with applicable local, state, and national codes and project standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction quality assurance or inspection, ideally within data center, industrial, or mission-critical environments.

• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, construction processes, and QA/QC documentation.

• Familiarity with commissioning processes (L1–L3) and inspection tracking tools such as CxAlloy or similar platforms.
