The Opportunity

Reporting into senior sales leadership, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth across an established multi-state territory through a combination of direct sales, channel management and project specification activity.

About the Company

My client is seeking a Controls Technician to join their Building Automation Group in multiple regions. The BMS/EPMS Controls Technician is responsible for the successful installation of Building Automation Systems and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems. They represent our organization to our customers, other contractors, fellow employees, and our community in a professional manner. About the Role

The BMS/EPMS Controls Technician is responsible for the successful installation of Building Automation Systems and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform checkout, start-up and testing of BMS DDC controllers serving a wide variety of mechanical systems in Data Centers and other critical environments.
• Perform checkout, start-up and testing of EPMS Graphics serving a wide variety of electrical systems in Data Centers and other critical environments.
• Communicate with and provide daily updates and status reports to both the Project Lead and Project Manager.
• Coordinate with and communicate directly with the customer and other contractors in a professional manner.
• Document project status and participate in the creation and accuracy of close-out documents.
• Write and follow detailed Method of Procedure (MOP), Change Management (CM) forms and process.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree / apprenticeship plus equivalent work experience or Three years Automation / controls field experience required.

Required Skills

• Experience with BACnet and/or Modbus protocols and 3rd-Party Systems Integration is preferred.

• A strong understanding of computer operating systems and computer networking is required.
