This US headquartered market leading client in the Software & SaaS domain is expanding it's presence globally and requires a dedicated professional to drive the business across the Middle East Region.
This position will be responsible for defining and executing the regional field marketing plan for the Middle East region. In this role, you will be part of the EMEA Field Marketing team, reporting to the Director of EMEA Marketing.
You will partner closely with Sales, Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing teams to create thoughtful, tailored, and engaging marketing programs to drive net new pipeline for Sales.

What You'll Do:
- Work with Sales and Marketing teams to create quarterly and annual integrated marketing plans for target regions and verticals across marketing channels
- Manage regional budget & ensure all campaigns are executed within quarterly budget
- Plan and execute virtual and onsite events, including third-party events and company-owned events, webinars, etc.
- Proactively engage with Sales to align, communicate, and optimise the impact of marketing activities; including upcoming initiatives both regional and global
- Evaluate, select, and manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs, including event vendors, local media publishers and agencies
- Manage day-to-day requirements and deadlines, including working with stakeholders, to ensure marketing programs are executed with a high degree of quality
- Monitor and report out on results of local marketing campaigns
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Marketing for Software, SAAS or Infrastructure businesses — experience working across Middle East is a must
- Experience in a high-tech B2B demand generation or field marketing role
- Excellent communicator with a passion for forging relationships
- Strong track record of proven ability to build and execute plans, get buy-in from stakeholders, and communicate status and results
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to work with remote teams in asynchronous ways
- Experience building, launching, and reporting on ROI of campaigns
- Experience managing vendors and coordinating deliverables with internal and external teams
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Familiarity with the enterprise sales cycle for highly technical products
Work Location(s) & Travel Requirements:
- This position is a remote position.
- This position requires travel across the Middle East and Europe, which will make up around 30% of your role, or as requested by your manager.
The Contract duration is likely to be 12 months in duration but could be made a permanent position during or after this has concluded.
