Job Scope and Accountabilities:
• Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the Director of Account Management will be
responsible for serving as a risk management and compliance advisor and managing
our existing client base, conducting strategic account planning driving the adoption
and optimization of the tool, and meeting/exceeding renewals and upsells sales
targets.
• The Director of Account Management will act as a manager of the Account
Management team. In this role you will be responsible for the success of your team’s
goals through coaching and management of processes.
• The Director of Account Management will work collaboratively with our global,
internal teams, particularly new business sales, professional services, and product
management to ensure the success, retention and growth of our customers. enable
effective client implementations as well as ongoing support and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Full understanding of SAI360 products and services
• Understanding client’s business objectives and industry
• Build and deliver Account Plans and QBRs that are strategically focused
• Consistent account management by conducting client engagement meetings around
communication strategies and curriculum planning, bringing value to customer
experience, and escalating any client concerns.

• Work closely with CSM to understand any potential issues, usage and opportunities
• Providing Voice of the Customer back to the business
• Must be able to manage sales cycle including and engaging with executive level
decision-makers on product and service offerings that address business needs
• Manage sales forecasts and customer feedback on trends, opportunities, and
challenges to benchmark and forecast business and revenue
Qualifications and Experience Required:
• Successfully managing and renewing enterprise accounts
• Closing new, multi-year and subscription-based software and professional services
projects
• Working in a consultative capacity with C-Level customers
• Risk/ GRC space and clients that are in highly regulated markets
• Knowledge of MS Office (including MS Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
• Knowledge of CRM (preferably SalesForce.com)
• Experienced in conducting virtual and in person presentations
• 20-40% travel to customers and management level meetings
Interpersonal Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills required with the
ability to work within all levels of an organization.
As required by applicable Pay Transparency laws, the base salary range for this position is
$130,000 - $150,000 plus opportunities for bonuses or commission. Exact compensation
may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
