Interested in shaping the future of energy storage and power management?

My client is seeking an Application Solution Engineer to support the design and delivery of tailored power and energy solutions, working closely with technical sales, product management and engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with customers to understand technical requirements and develop tailored solutions.

  • Support pre-sales activities, including technical presentations, product demonstrations and solution design.

  • Recommend suitable products, configurations and integrations based on customer needs.

  • Provide technical guidance throughout implementation and post-sales support.

  • Collaborate with sales, engineering and product teams to improve solutions and identify further opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with a strong electrical power background.

  • 4–5 years’ experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Applications Engineering, Systems Engineering or Solutions Architecture.

  • Knowledge of inverters, energy storage systems (ESS), energy management systems (EMS), controls and power management.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving and customer engagement skills.

  • Experience with tools such as MATLAB, PSCAD, AutoCAD or Creo is advantageous.
