Project Engineer | ETO Manufacturing

We’re working with a growing engineered-to-order manufacturing business looking for a Project Engineer to help drive projects from kick-off through engineering release and into manufacturing.

This is a great opportunity for an engineer who enjoys being at the centre of projects — coordinating teams, managing deadlines and solving problems to keep things moving.

The Role:

• Coordinate engineering projects from kick-off to production
• Manage engineering schedules, milestones & deliverables
• Work across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations & Project Management
• Identify project risks, bottlenecks and outstanding actions
• Coordinate engineering changes, revisions and manufacturing redlines
• Support design reviews and production meetings
• Help ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 3+ years’ engineering experience
• Background in manufacturing / engineered-to-order environments
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Able to read engineering drawings and technical documentation
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus: Experience with ETO products, complex machinery, engineered systems, PLM/PDM or engineering change processes.
