What You'll Do

• Own solution design and delivery for a core domain
• Work with product and compliance to turn requirements into scalable systems
• Set the technical bar for quality and security
• Mentor engineers, drive architectural decisions

What We're Looking For

• Background in banking, fintech, or another regulated industry
• Track record owning projects from concept to production
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools/technology in engineering workflows
