Location: Columbus, OH
Salary: $157,000 – $174,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

We're partnering with a leading manufacturer of electrical power distribution solutions to recruit an experienced Program Manager to lead complex engineered-to-order projects from order intake through to final delivery.

This is a customer-facing role where you'll take ownership of high-value programmes, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Commercial teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

The Role

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from order entry through shipment.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the programme.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across Engineering, Production, Quality and Sales.
  • Drive project schedules, budgets and margin improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate suppliers and subcontractors to meet delivery milestones.
  • Oversee project documentation, technical submittals, inspections and customer witness testing.
  • Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and coordinate final delivery activities.
  • Travel to customer and supplier sites as required (travel can exceed 50% during peak periods).

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years' experience in programme or project management within an electrical manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution equipment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
  • Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Desirable Experience

  • PMP certification or formal project management training.
  • Experience within an engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of UL, NEC and other relevant industry standards.
  • Experience coordinating Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), commissioning or field testing.
  • MBA or Master's degree in Engineering or Business.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer delivering critical electrical infrastructure projects, offering a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package and the chance to lead high-impact programmes from concept through delivery.
