Job Description
Edison Smart are working with a global online gaming business looking to appoint an experienced Fraud, Risk & Payments Manager to lead a specialist team responsible for fraud prevention, payment security and risk operations.
This is a leadership role where you'll oversee fraud, payments, KYC and chargeback operations, working closely with Product, VIP and Customer Support teams to protect the business and deliver a seamless customer experience.
What you'll do
- Lead the Fraud, Risk & Payments team and manage daily operations.
- Investigate suspicious transactions and payment fraud.
- Oversee KYC, chargebacks and payment escalations.
- Analyse transaction data to identify fraud trends and reduce risk.
- Work with payment providers to improve payment security.
- Drive continuous improvements to fraud prevention processes and reporting.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years' experience in fraud prevention, payments or risk management.
- Strong understanding of payments, KYC, chargebacks and transaction lifecycles.
- Experience analysing large datasets using Excel, SQL or similar tools.
- Excellent leadership, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience within online gaming, casino or a similar high-volume payments environment is highly desirable.
