We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager with proven experience in the Maritime industry to take ownership of a single, multimillion-dollar strategic account. This role is critical to deepening executive relationships, expanding solution adoption, and driving long-term revenue growth within one of our most important maritime customers.

About the Role:

As Key Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a global maritime enterprise account. You will be responsible for defining and executing a strategic growth plan, engaging senior stakeholders, and identifying opportunities to expand value through our IoT and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage one strategic multimillion-dollar maritime account across EMEA.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders.

  • Develop and execute a long-term account strategy to maximize growth and customer value.

  • Conduct executive business reviews to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

  • Represent the company at maritime industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

  • Provide accurate forecasts and maintain activity tracking in Salesforce and PowerBI.

  • Travel up to 40% for onsite meetings with senior decision-makers.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in the Maritime industry (required).

  • Demonstrated success growing multimillion-dollar accounts in maritime technology, IoT, logistics, or cold-chain solutions.

  • Strong ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.

  • Fluent in German with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage complex organizations and drive long-term strategic partnerships.
