Edison Smart is proud to partner with a client in the mobile gaming space who seeking an experienced User Acquisition Manager to lead growth for a portfolio of mobile games. You will own the full UA strategy, manage significant budgets and ensure campaigns are profitable at scale. The ideal candidate has launched and scaled social mobile games, worked with large budgets, and has experience with casual or mid-core F2P titles.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own UA strategy, budgets and growth KPIs.
- Perform market research: competitor analysis to identify opportunities
- Lead creative pipelines, ensuring alignment with genre, audience, and player motivations.
- Build and manage strong relationships with networks, partners and agencies.
- Act as the bridge between marketing, product and data to ensure campaigns are optimized for both performance and long-term value.
- Manage end-to-end campaign execution on various channels: Google Ads, Meta, Apple Search Ads, Applovin, Unity and other platforms.
- Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) efforts to boost organic growth and conversions.
- Analyze performance data, cohorts, and funnels to refine strategy and optimize for ROAS and LTV.
- Stay on top of industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep ahead of the curve.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in mobile game user acquisition, ideally in casual or mid-core F2P social games.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling mobile games successfully.
- Experience managing budgets above $150K/game.
- Hands-on experience managing a portfolio of games.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in ROI, ROAS, LTV, and cohort analysis.
- Experience with UA creatives (testing frameworks, ideation, iteration, scaling winners).
- Solid knowledge of ASO.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
