About the Role:
We are hiring a Director of Account Management & Renewals to lead our U.S. Account Management team. In this senior leadership role, you will manage a group of talented Account Managers focused on customer retention, contract renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within the mid-market SaaS segment. You will play a key part in shaping strategy, deepening executive-level customer relationships, and ensuring long-term success for both our clients and our business.
This role is ideal for a senior SaaS sales leader with strong experience in account management, customer success, and team leadership who thrives in a collaborative, customer-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Managers to deliver exceptional results across renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities.

Build and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, growth, and long-term customer partnerships.

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, strengthening executive-level relationships and ensuring adoption of solutions.

Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Professional Services teams to deliver maximum customer value.

Represent the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights that shape product development and business strategy.
Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in SaaS account management, renewals, or customer success.

Proven success managing mid-market or enterprise accounts with a track record of meeting or exceeding retention and growth targets.

Demonstrated experience leading and coaching high-performing teams.

Strong consultative skills with the ability to influence C-level decision-makers.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience in risk management, compliance, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
