Our client, a well-established leader in smart building solutions, is seeking a permanent team member to support a growing portfolio of commercial projects in and around Branford, CT.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-impact systems focused on energy efficiency, sustainability, and intelligent building control.

🔧 Role Responsibilities:

• Design, program, and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS), with a focus on commercial environments.

• Troubleshoot and support HVAC controls and integrated building systems.

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure successful project delivery.

• Interpret MEP plans, control schematics, and integration protocols.

• Deliver technical support and on-site commissioning as needed.

✅ What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in Building Automation or HVAC Controls.

• Experience with Johnson Controls systems (Metasys preferred).

• Exposure to EasyIO controllers or platforms is a strong plus.

• Proven experience working in commercial settings (offices, retail, healthcare, etc.).

• Solid understanding of DDC controls, BACnet, Modbus, and other integration protocols.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

🛠️ Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Certifications in BAS systems (e.g., Johnson Controls, Tridium, etc.).

• Familiarity with energy-efficient systems and smart building technologies.

📍 Additional Requirements:

• This is a permanent, full-time position (not contract or temporary).

• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Branford, CT – this is an on-site role with occasional field travel.
